On our 6th Salon’s theme
If you have goals in your life then you must be willing to fight for them. Especially if you consider yourself a leader fighting for the good cause or if you are trying to accomplish a personal goal of yours. No matter how hard it gets or how many obstacles there might be in your way: never give up, always resist. Because only dead fish swim with the stream. At least that’s what we are told. No fire, no glory. But what if we will never achieve our goals, not because we were not ready to work hard enough for them, but because we worked too hard and end up burned out?
And could it be that, sometimes, the stream is actually flowing into the right direction and instead of swimming against it, all we would need to do is to flow with the river?
At the 6th Compass Salon we will discuss how we can achieve our goals without getting burned out and instead develop a nourishing and powerful (personal) leadership.
OUR LEADERSHIP EXPERT & FACILITATOR:
DR. MATTHIAS MÜLLER-LINDENBERG
Matthias is the founder of Müller-Lindenberg LEADERSHIP ADVISORS, a network of 40+ leadership experts who support maturing start-ups, fast-moving middle sized companies and outstanding and creative individuals to strengthen their leadership. He is also a member of the Personal Mastery and Transformation Faculty of the renowned leadership development firm Mobius Leadership. Matthias is concerned that so many people who show leadership (and who clearly do so with good intentions) end up burning themselves and others. In contrast, he dreams of leadership that is powerful and nurturing - to both the leaders and to the people around the leaders.
At the 6th Compass Salon Matthias invites us to explore the principles and practices of such nurturing and powerful leadership. He will help us to learn how to lead our lives (instead of just having a life) and to grow as human beings as we float through life.
